Refund/Credit/Exchange Policy

1. If you are not satisfied with the eBooks you have purchased at the On The Mark Press eStore,  please send an e-mail to: customerservice@estore.onthemarkpress.com within 30 days of making your purchase. (Please note that refund/exchange requests will not be considered for purchases made more than 30 days after.)

2. Request MUST be made via email.  Send email to:  customerservice@estore.onthemarkpress.com List your order number and the reasons for your refund/credit/exchange request.

3. We will respond to your request within two-five business days (Monday - Friday) of receipt of the original e-mail.

4. Please note that refunds/exchanges issued by the On The Mark Press eStore will be in the form of a credit(a digital coupon added to your shopping cart) that represents 50% of the value of the product (less any discounts or sales used) for which you are requesting a refund. This credit will be applied towards your next purchase at the On The Mark Press eStore. (We DO NOT issue cash or credit card refunds)

5. Please note that we cannot offer refunds/credits/exchanges for any web services or downloaded software. If you require further information about our web services or software products before purchase, please send an e-mail to:  customerservice@estore.onthemarkpress.com

6. As we track all refund/exchange requests, we reserve the right to refuse refund requests from any customers deemed to be abusing our refund/exchange policy.
